Dispersion, Depolymerisation - Antifoulant additive to Petroleum and Organic Chemical liquids.

COMPOSITION

KEM PR-5130 is a synergestic blend of dispersants, depolymerisation and softening surfactants in petroleum solvent. No metallic components or halides are present.

Thixotropic liquid

FLAMMABILITY > 80oC

STORAGE & HANDLING

Cool dry location; Air tight containers; Eye protection and gloves recommended while handling.

Avoid breathing vapours and contact with skin, eyes and clothing. Wash thoroughly after handling.

In case of eye contact, immediately flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Call a physician. Flush skin with water.

Caution: Spillages can be slippery.

SUGGESTED DOSAGE LEVELS

Typically 10 - 25 ppm. This dosage may have to be enhanced for severe fouling problems in distillation operations.

SUGGESTED APPICATIONS

Distillation operations, where polymerization or fouling deposition poses a problem. Alternatively in transportation of petroleum liquid in hot condition, having a tendency for deposition.

SUGGESTED METHOD OF DOSING

To be dosed as a 1 : 1 solution in kerosene by dosing pumps directly into the inlet line or the reboiler line depending upon areas of fouling.
